Website Customization Prices
Customize Existing Website
$90/hour
- NextHome brokers and agents get a 10% discount. My regular hourly rate is $100/hr.
- Website remains fully hosted on NextHome’s hosting
- Changes are done at an hourly rate
- Some limitations to possible customization
- Choose stock images to be used on the website from depositphotos.com ($5 per image)
- All text must be supplied by the agent
Hybrid Website
$1000
- This package is offered exclusively to NextHome and Realty World Northern California and Nevada agents and brokers.
- Custom, long scroll landing page
- 1 free extra page. $100 per additional page after the first page. Limit 5. Higher than 5 is considered a Small Website
- Navigation items link to pages hosted by NextHome
- Advanced features may require additional fees
- Responsive design
- Optional image slider. Up to 8 slider images.
- Your choice of stock images to be used on the website from depositphotos.com (limit 15)
- All text must be supplied by the agent
- Hosting has to be setup by the agent (e.g. GoDaddy’s WordPress hosting)
Full Website
$1,440 - 2,250
- NextHome brokers and agents get a 10% discount.
- Website built using a professional WordPress theme and customized to fit brand and needs
- Small websites: 8 pages or less start at $1,600 ($1,440 with the 10% discount). $150 for each additional page after the first 8 pages. Up to 5 additional pages.
- Large websites: 14-20 pages start at $2,500 ($2,250 with the 10% discount). $100 for each additional page.
- Advanced features may require additional fees
- Responsive design
- Optional image slider. Up to 8 slider images.
- Your choice of stock images to be used on the website from depositphotos.com (limit 15)
- All text must be supplied by the agent
- Hosting has to be setup by the agent (e.g. GoDaddy’s WordPress hosting)
- You can still do a partly hybrid website if you want to use some of the NextHome hosted pages
- IDX integration with iHomefinder, IDX Broker, Diverse Solutions or the like automatically makes the website a large website
